Refuerzo de primera clase

Refuerzo de compensación de exterior. Situación: la figura está en un interior y hay un fondo mucho más claro. Añado un flash para proporcionar a la figura la misma luz que hay en el fondo. La foto se realizó durante las pruebas de compra del flash.
Foto 1: Foto final, con el fondo y la figura igualmente expuesta.
Foto 2: Lo que pasa si expongo para la figura. El fondo queda sobreexpuesto.
Foto 3: Lo que pasa si expongo para el fondo, la figura queda oscura.
Foto 4: Lo que pasa si me paso con el flash, queda muy cantoso y artificial.
Foto 5: Foto entre bambalinas. Un B10p de profoto con un paraguas shallow M con tela difusora ajustado manualmente para proporcionar la misma exposición que hay en el fondo.
Es el refuerzo de tipo I que tiene dos casos: la compensación de un interior y el refuerzo de un contraluz. En esta situación el flash no ilumina el fondo sino solo la figura, por lo que es el fondo el que establece las condiciones de exposición, a las que hay que ajustar el foco.

This is a «type I light reinforcement» (I don’t like the phrase «fill light»). It is when the figure is dark over a lighter background. Then we add a light which only falls over the figure, not over the background.
Photo 1: the final imagen, the ballerina has the same exposure than the background.
Photo 2: what happens when I expose for the figure. The background is overexposed.
Photo 3: what happens when I expose for the background. The figura is underexposed.
Photo 4: what happens when I use more light than I need (for example, in TTL). The figure is lighter than I want (and not what the camera and the flash has decides they wants).

To know how to adjust the power. First, I never shoot in TTL, it always give more light than I want. I measure the light of the background, the light in the figure (without reinforcement) and the light of the flash with a hanheld photometer. Always.
If the difference in the mearument of figure and background is:
1 stop. Add the same light the figure has.
2 stops. Add 1,5 stops over the figure.
3 or more stops. Add the same light of the background.
